Several surveys have already confirmed that jumping on trampolines at home or in trampoline parks is great for maintaining a healthy body. Physical activity in trampoline parks provides an easy way to lose and maintain weight, shape your body, enhance oxygen circulation, and improve the cardiovascular system. It also has a very good impact on posture, bones, joints, and lymphatic flow effectiveness which are essential for our physical resistance.

What is the function of the lymphatic system?

In our neck and head area alone, we have as many as 300 lymph nodes with the main function of draining toxic substances from our brains. In fact, 90% of modern diseases are associated with lymph so it is crucial that we take good care of the lymphatic system.

There are two types of toxic substances that can have a negative impact on our health:

  • endotoxins that enter our body from cellular metabolism,
  • exotoxins enter our body from the outside through fluids, food, air, pollution, and medicines.

Even protein in our blood, which is essential for the proper functioning of all our body functions, can be dangerous without a properly functioning lymphatic system. If the body's lymphatic system is unable to properly drain them, these proteins accumulate around the cells and cause them to die.

American lymphologist and chemist C. Samuel West explains that trapped blood proteins create conditions that cause energy loss, pain, and numerous ailments.

What is the role of trampolines?

Four liters of blood go through the thinnest capillaries every minute. If red blood cells are not sufficiently oxygenated, they stick together and cause microscopic gridlocks. These tiny blocks widen the tiny pores in the capillary membrane and cause blood proteins to be trapped in the extracellular space.

Due to their accumulation, excess fluid begins to accumulate around cells and the cells begin to die due to lack of oxygen. With the research, Dr. Walker confirmed that physical activity on the trampoline allows us to create lymphatic therapy inside the body and brain.

While visitors carelessly bounce up and down top-of-the-line trampolines in the trampoline parks, a series of processes are simultaneously activated that provides a pump for the entire lymphatic system.

It is affected by:

  • the change of gravitational force,
  • muscle contraction,
  • pressure on the breathing and
  • air pressure.

When propelling off a sports trampoline, millions of one-way valves that regulate the flow of fluid in the body close. The gravitational force reopens these valves. The increased G force, which the visitor experiences at landing, promotes a healthy flow of fluids through the body.

This allows our lymphatic system to function properly and drain various toxins from our body that would otherwise cause many diseases.
