Do not forget about safety!

No matter how much fun jumping on a trampoline is, you need to constantly take care of your safety. You can significantly increase it by using some accessories for you and accessories for trampolines, such as jumping socks, and of course, by following all safety precautions.

You should always begin with basic jumps where you can learn how to be in control over your jumping. Safe landings are crucial in preventing injuries, so it is important to keep in mind that balance is the basis of all jumps, and stopping technique is just as important as the jumps themselves.

However, you can reduce the risk of injury if you are careful not to overestimate your abilities and level of general fatigue so that family activities will remain fun and joy.
