Trampolines have come a long way since their inception. They have transformed from a sports prop into a sign of fun and recreation and as such a "must-have" of every home. However, in order to enjoy them fully, it is necessary to know at least a few basic jumps that will provide an unforgettable sporty adventure.

Quality trampoline is also one of those sports props that contribute to the development of creativity. It is an open sports tool, which means that children and the whole family can create their own games and rules on it, and thus use it in a huge variety of ways to get the most out of family days.

Let’s take a look at just a few trampoline fun ideas to spice up your trampoline jumping.

1. The Front Drop

Start by softly bouncing up and down a few times. Jump upwards and land with your hands and knees forward. Push yourself off with your hands and jump back to the upright position. Repeat a few basic jumps on the trampoline mat and then perform the knee drop again. With a few exercises, you will soon master the art of jumping to the point that you will perform it without intermediate jumps one after the other.Akrobat - 8 basic jumps for superb trampoline fun-PIC2

Start with a low bounce. Land on your knees at shoulder width, keeping your back straight and keeping your arms stretched out to maintain balance. Bounce back to the starting position by using the bounce momentum and swinging your arms upwards. To re-establish a stable position on the trampoline, continue with a gentle bounce and then repeat the jump back to your knees. You will quickly become a true master in jumping and perform the jumps connected one after the other with just a few exercises.Akrobat - 8 basic jumps for superb trampoline fun-PIC5

Do not forget about safety!

No matter how much fun jumping on a trampoline is, you need to constantly take care of your safety. You can significantly increase it by using some accessories for you and accessories for trampolines, such as jumping socks, and of course, by following all safety precautions.

You should always begin with basic jumps where you can learn how to be in control over your jumping. Safe landings are crucial in preventing injuries, so it is important to keep in mind that balance is the basis of all jumps, and stopping technique is just as important as the jumps themselves.

However, you can reduce the risk of injury if you are careful not to overestimate your abilities and level of general fatigue so that family activities will remain fun and joyous.
